We are part of GTO but we also work daily with our colleagues from the commercial organizations and our dealers and importers.Distribution Centre (DC) Balikpapan manages Service Market Business supporting Volvo Group business in Indonesia including Volvo Group Trucks, Volvo Bus, and Renault. The role involves working with a wide span of activities, ranging from order management, customer satisfaction management, handling of service deviations, importation process, outbound transportation performance, and general administrative tasks.Your responsibilities as Service Center officer involve daily order processing from dealers, following up with operations for speedy execution, driving activities for improved processes and routines, and working with continuous improvements towards increased customer satisfaction. Operationally, you will be responsible for meeting stipulated targets for the group.You will work closely with the other departments. The position includes extensive involvement with dealers, importers, business area counterparts, and colleagues.Mission
