Sales Manager - Heavy Industry - DrivesRequisition ID: 42984Job Location(s): Jakarta, IDDanfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager Heavy Industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within the industry sectors, including Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Pulp and Paper. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background and network in industries and the ability to work as a committed, collaborative team member.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Full responsibility for sales performance and growth within the industry business sectors (Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper).
  • Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipeline.
  • Lead sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts customer, industry stakeholders (End Users, OEM, SI, EPC), and Partners.
  • Work closely with regional heavy industry team to deliver solutions to clients.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Danfoss Drives solutions.

  • Polytechnic or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong background and experience in Industry such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pulp and Paper.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a front-end sales role.
  • Experience in Channel Partner Development within Industry Segment.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
  • Must be self-driven, have a hunter mindset, Aggressive, Self Motivated Nature, and hungry for success.
