Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for overachieving sales quota as an Individual Contributor by managing a cluster of Mid-Market growth accounts in the US region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior management to position GEPs value proposition and drive deals to closure. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, lead presentations, and partner with various internal teams to close deals, drive revenue, and adoption. Your role will also involve establishing and maintaining key account relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and developing unique value propositions to address client pain points.Key Responsibilities:- Overachieve sales quota as an Individual Contributor managing a cluster of Mid-Market growth accounts in the US region.- Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior management to position GEPs value proposition and drive deals to closure.- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new logos.- Lead presentations with customers, utilizing persuasion and negotiation skills.- Partner with internal teams such as Inside Sales, Solution Design, IT, Legal & Finance, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue, and adoption.- Establish and maintain key account relationships to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new logos.- Manage complex sales cycles and develop compelling value propositions focused on delivering business value to clients.- Demonstrate assertiveness, passion, consultative approach, competitiveness, and a drive to win.- Utilize excellent communication and strong presentation skills to articulate GEPs offerings in the international market.Qualifications Required:- 5 years of experience in managing complex lead gen. to close sales cycles with a focus on acquiring new customers (Hunter role).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.- Ability to understand customer needs, create tailored pitches and solutions, and build relationships with senior managers and executives.- Proficiency in engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
