Role Overview:As a Commercial Excellence and Risk Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive commercial excellence and risk management across complex outsourcing engagements. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, optimize financial performance, and safeguard delivery through proactive governance and dispute resolution. This role will involve leading senior-level negotiations, managing global contracts, interfacing with clients and suppliers, and maintaining robust change management processes. Your strong legal and financial acumen, contract drafting expertise, negotiation skills, and bilingual proficiency (French & English) will be crucial in executing these responsibilities effectively. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in post-award contract management and large-scale IT delivery programs.Key Responsibilities:- Lead senior-level negotiations for scope changes, renewals, and new business- Manage global contracts and interface with clients and suppliers- Maintain robust change management processes- Apply Capgeminis commercial standards in contract management- Advise delivery teams on contractual obligations and risk- Draft and manage contractual documents and change processes- Monitor compliance, resolve disputes, and maintain governance with clients and suppliers- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis- Drive cost optimization and margin improvementQualifications Required:- 6 to 12 years of experience in Global IT Contracts management- Experience from big IT / ITES firm- Excellent communication skills with French & English proficiency- Contract drafting and mark-up expertise- Strong legal, financial, and delivery knowledge- Experience managing global and third-party contracts- Negotiation experience with senior stakeholders (CxO level)- Decision-making, attention to detail, quality control- Presentation skills, assertiveness, ability to work in multicultural environments- Graduate degree (business, finance, law, engineering)- Certification in Contract Management preferred- Proven track record in post-award contract management for large outsourcing dealsLocation: Airoli, Mumbai(Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
