Role Overview:As an Associate Manager in Email Marketing Operations at WebMD Health Corp., you will be responsible for leading and optimizing email marketing initiatives. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms, proficiency in SQL, and strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. Collaboration, process optimization, and team leadership are key aspects of this role to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all email marketing operations.Key Responsibilities:- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar email platforms.- Expertise in creating solutions using SQL queries, automations, and data flows.- Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, YouTrack) for workflow management and task tracking.- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.- Ability to translate business needs into comprehensive requirement documents for technical teams.- Identifying business gaps and implementing scalable, automated solutions to enhance productivity.- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsibility and results-driven focus.- Leading teams, resolving conflicts, and conducting team meetings.- Experience in handling hiring and appraisal meetings is a plus.- Comfortable in roles as both a people manager and individual contributor.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in marketing, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.- Minimum of 5 years of experience.- Work timings from 2pm to 11pm.Additional Company Details:WebMD Health Corp., an Internet Brands Company, is a leading provider of health information services, serving various stakeholders through online portals, mobile platforms, and health-focused publications.
