Job Description

As a Service Management Operations Manager in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to design, configure, and implement new business processes, ensuring the support of Dows Global Service Management platform, ServiceNow. Your tasks will include collaborating with different business partners, increasing the adoption of strategic Service Management tools and processes, and leading the transformation of service management within the IT organization.**Key Responsibilities:**- Maintain a high level of ServiceNow technical knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow development and configuration support.- Evaluate and develop new capabilities to meet business requirements, define service deployment strategies, and establish trusted relationships with service stakeholders.- Assess the value, document business value cases, prioritize investments, and drive the adoption of services among stakeholders and client audiences.- Manage multiple tasks to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, responsiveness to client requests, and accuracy of status and metric information.- Lead continuous improvement efforts to surpass client satisfaction goals and meet service level agreements.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in an IT discipline is preferred, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.- 3-4 years of experience supporting an enterprise ServiceNow platform is preferred.If you possess strong organizational, facilitative, and communication skills, along with experience or knowledge in areas such as ITIL Framework, IT Service Management, JavaScript, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Angular JS, and ServiceNow, you are encouraged to apply for this challenging and meaningful role.(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
