Job Description

As a Service Management Operations Manager in Mumbai, India, you will be a vital part of the Global Service Management team within the Information Technology Services and Support Organization. Your role involves designing, configuring, and implementing new or updated business processes, with a shared accountability for supporting Dows Global Service Management platform, ServiceNow. You will work towards delivering sustainable solutions through science and collaboration, contributing to industry transformation and shaping the future.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of ServiceNow technical knowledge and act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow development and configuration support.- Evaluate and develop new capabilities to meet business requirements and define service deployment strategies.- Build and nurture relationships with service stakeholders and drive adoption of strategic Service Management tools.- Manage multiple tasks to ensure quality, timeliness of deliverables, and client satisfaction.- Lead continuous improvement efforts and meet or exceed client satisfaction goals and SLAs.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.- 3-4 years of experience supporting an enterprise ServiceNow platform preferred.About Dow Chemical International Pvt Ltd:Dow Chemical International Private Limited (Dow India) aims to be the most innovative, sustainable, inclusive customer-centric materials science company.
