Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at JLL, you will be part of the Work Dynamics Data & Insights team, working alongside a global data community to develop innovative analytical solutions that enhance productivity, reduce risk, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing end-to-end analytical solutions for complex business initiatives by translating business requirements into insightful dashboards and analyses to maximize compliance, increase productivity, minimize costs, and maximize profit.- Mentoring and coaching Business Intelligence Analysts and senior Analysts within the business to foster continuous learning and development within the team.- Leading the technical development of complex Business Intelligence initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions.- Identifying and implementing new analytics technology and techniques to improve business analytics practices.- Facilitating continuous growth in skills and knowledge of analysts within the business while actively participating in defining the Business Intelligence strategy.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:- Bachelors degree, Masters degree, or equivalent experience in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, or statistics preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a business intelligence, business, or data analyst.- Fluent in English with the ability to engage with colleagues across the Business Intelligence Team.- Experience in working within a complex corporate environment and exceeding performance targets.- Expertise in Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Tableau and analytical toolkit (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python).- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.- Previous experience in creating innovative solutions using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and GPTs.- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.- Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies and a proactive mindset towards anticipating business needs.Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is a global provider of real estate and investment management services committed to data security and privacy.
