Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at JLL, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative analytical solutions that support the businesss efforts to increase productivity, reduce risk, lift customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. You will be part of a highly skilled client-oriented global data community, working on developing end-to-end analytical solutions for complex business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching Business Intelligence Analysts and senior Analysts within the business, leading development tasks, and collaborating across accounts to benefit the wider JLL Business Intelligence Community.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical development of complex Business Intelligence initiatives in constant communication and partnership with the Head of Business Intelligence.- Translate complex requirements into practical business solutions by liaising with key stakeholders, including senior management.- Develop sustainable solutions as part of sprint development teams, ensuring iterative design processes are followed.- Identify and implement new analytics technology and techniques, building proof of concepts to demonstrate potential use cases and return on investment.- Participate actively in internal and external Work Dynamics Business Intelligence communities to implement industry best practices.- Facilitate continuous growth in skills and knowledge of other analysts within the business.- Actively participate in defining the Business Intelligence strategy and identifying growth opportunities in revenue, compliance, and productivity.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree, Masters degree, or equivalent experience in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, or statistics preferred.- Minimum of 6 years of work experience as a business intelligence, business, or data analyst.- Fluent in English.- Experience in working with Tableau, Alteryx, and other analytical tools.- Strong data visualisation skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex analytical concepts.- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and understanding the latest industry approaches.- Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.If you resonate with the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for the Business Intelligence Specialist position at JLL in Navi Mumbai, MH.
