Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Business Unit Cyber Lead at Adani Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cybersecurity strategy, execution, and risk management efforts within a specific business unit. Your role will involve developing and implementing the business units cybersecurity strategy, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices, fostering a security-conscious culture, identifying and managing cybersecurity risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading incident response and crisis management efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting security awareness and training programs, overseeing cybersecurity initiatives and projects, and engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee the business units cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the organizations overall security framework and business objectives.- Provide expert guidance and leadership on cybersecurity best practices to business unit leaders.- Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks specific to the business unit.- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cybersecurity practices with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.- Act as the lead during cybersecurity incidents, coordinating response efforts and conducting post-incident reviews.- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity compliance requirements and industry standards.- Collaborate with the enterprise security team to provide cybersecurity awareness training to business unit employees.- Oversee and manage the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects within the business unit.- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the business units cybersecurity posture, risks, and ongoing initiatives.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.- Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).- Work experience ranging from 18 to 25 years with at least 8 years in Cyber Security.
