Job Description

    As an Enterprise Account Director at Qualitykiosk Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic partnerships with some of Indias top banks in the BFSI sector. Your primary goal will be to drive growth in the BFSI portfolio by doubling the annual revenues from USD 5 Million to USD 10 Million within the next two years. You will be working with cutting-edge solutions in DevOps, RPA, Data Science, and Customer Experience Management to shape the future of digital transformation for marquee clients.**Key Responsibilities:**- Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives for Strategic Accounts.- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a consultant/partner for discussing vision and plans.- Ensure strong knowledge of clientele by mapping and interacting with various levels and departments, showcasing superior customer service skills.- Run various strategic initiatives concurrently, demonstrating organization and the ability to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.- Analyze problems and strategize for better solutions with various squads within the account team.- Present trends to clients and internal management stakeholders for sales, revenue, pipeline, and other critical initiatives.- Provide reports on account progress, quotas, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders.- Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI, justifying investments to the account.- Motivate squad members to exceed expected goals and supervise account management and strategies.- Stay updated on the latest concepts to generate business value for clients and co-create solutions by identifying unsaid needs.- Create 3-5 years contracts with rate negotiations, transitioning annual contracts to long-term contracts.- Mentor, guide, and coach account managers to ensure adherence to set account management practices for Strategic accounts, evaluating their performance regularly.**Qualification Required:**- Masters degree in business, business administration, or related field along with B.E/B.Tech.- 5 years of experience as an Account Director/Lead/Head in the industry, with a total experience of 10-14 years in Account Management.- Strong knowledge of clientele, superior customer service skills, and the ability to guide, lead, and influence the leadership team and key stakeholders.- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.- Aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships.- Collaboration skills to achieve goals and drive results effectively.- Accountability and commitment demonstrated through sound decision-making.By excelling in this role, you will have the opportunity to drive exponential business growth, develop long-term relationships with clients, and contribute significantly to the digital transformation of the BFSI sector in India.
