Job Description

    As a PMO Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects by managing key project-related activities. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with Project/Engagement managers on detailed financial plans, including budgets, actuals, and forecasts. Providing guidance on financial assumptions, methodologies, and practices for project costing and resourcing.- Tracking and monitoring project performance (Delivery and Financial) against approved budgets, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Identifying and assessing risks to the success of the engagement.- Preparing regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into the health of projects.- Assisting with the setup and monitoring of small to large engagements in e-Monitoring tool as per stakeholder requirements. (Experience on CRM, Project Lifecycle Management tool is a plus for external candidates)- Coordinating with senior management and external partners to track financial performance and resolve any financial issues.- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of financial templates, reports, and forecasting methodologies.- Demonstrating effective communication in a clear, professional, proactive manner.Qualifications required for this role include:- 2-7 years or more of relevant experience.- Proficiency in MIS preparation.- Good in Cost & revenue analysis.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend actionable solutions.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.- Foundational knowledge of SDLC and ITIL.
