Job Description

Role Overview:As an experienced IT infrastructure professional, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives to develop and implement long-term infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure and cloud management, network and security operations, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your expertise in cloud platforms, server & storage, networking, security, automation & monitoring, and leadership & soft skills will be essential in driving operational efficiency and innovation within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute long-term infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption automation and infrastructure scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports enterprise applications and services.- Oversee the architecture deployment and lifecycle management of private cloud environments.- Manage data centers, server farms, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.- Design and manage enterprise network architecture, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and MPLS.- Administer firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and VPNs.- Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for infrastructure services.- Drive automation and standardization across infrastructure operations.- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and network specialists.- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.- Provide technical guidance and career development support.Qualification Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.- Telecom industry experience is mandatory.Company Additional Details:N/A Role Overview:As an experienced IT infrastructure professional, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives to develop and implement long-term infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
