Job Description

    In this role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at IKS Health, located in Chennai, you will play a key role in developing and managing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in alignment with the organizations business goals. Your responsibilities will include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, overseeing performance management programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will contribute to creating a collaborative, employee-centric environment focused on organizational success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws- Oversee performance management programs and foster a positive workplace culture- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership to create a collaborative, employee-centric environmentQualifications:- Proficiency in HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) processes- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law practices and compliance- Experience in designing and overseeing Performance Management frameworks- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Manager preferred- Minimum 6 - 7 years of proven experience within HR Business Partner Role/ HR Generalist- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Retention Management, Business partnering- Knowledge of IKS Coding and Revenue Optimization business will be an added advantage In this role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at IKS Health, located in Chennai, you will play a key role in developing and managing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in alignment with the organizations business goals.
