Job Description

    In this role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at IKS Health, located in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that are in line with the business goals. You will play a crucial role in handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, overseeing performance management programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As the HRBP Manager, you will also act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, promoting a collaborative and employee-centric environment geared towards organizational success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.- Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and compliance with labor laws.- Oversee performance management programs and frameworks.- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.- Promote a collaborative and employee-centric workplace culture focused on organizational success.Qualifications:- Proficiency in HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) processes.- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment.- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law practices and compliance.- Experience in designing and overseeing Performance Management frameworks.- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Manager is preferred.- Minimum 6 - 7 years of proven experience within HR Business Partner Role/ HR Generalist.- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Retention Management, Business partnering.- Knowledge of IKS Coding and Revenue Optimization business will be an added advantage.
