Job Description

As an intern at ideaForges Experience Design studio located in Navi Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work on a 6-month graduation project internship. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products. If you are a final semester B.Des/M.Des. student with a passion for user-centered design principles and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply with your resume and portfolio. Your portfolio should already showcase 1 or 2 exceptional UX/UI Projects.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.- Contribute to maintaining the design system and style guide.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.**Qualifications Required**:- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.At ideaForge, the selection process involves a resume and portfolio review by a UX expert, followed by a video interview. If selected, you will work with senior designers on tasks such as deep user research in Defence and Enterprise markets, identifying insights, user habits, key user needs, ideation, visual designing, and prototyping delightful product experiences.Please note that the position requires skills in UX Research, UX Design, User Interaction, UI Design, Product Design, User Interface Design, and Graphic Design.
