Job Description

    As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing voice, email, and chat support in BPO/KPO settings. Your primary role will involve addressing customer queries and concerns through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently- Communicate effectively with customers via voice, email, or chat- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targetsQualifications Required:- Minimum qualification required is 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experience- Excellent command over English language- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to applyIf you are already working in an international call center, anticipate a competitive salary package upon applying for this position.
