Job Description

    Role Overview:As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst at Accenture Marketing Operations, your primary role will involve collecting, processing, and analyzing consumer and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. Your role will also include identifying automation/improvement opportunities and creating automation/transformation roadmaps.Key Responsibilities:- Collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.- Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy.- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and templates to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.- Stay updated on best practices in analytics, insights, and foresight methodologies.- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business needs and drive strategic actions.- Support the development and implementation of the organizations data strategy.- Identify consumer trends, market shifts, and emerging signals from multiple data sources.- Manage and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and insights.- Support the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc insights reports for management.- Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities and decision-making.- Foster a culture of quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in any field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or insights.- Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.- Hands-on experience with Askia Explorer or similar consumer/market research platforms.- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), Excel/Sheets, and SQL.- Good understanding of consumer and market research tools, with a strong quantitative insights toolkit.- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer behavior and business needs.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Understanding of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards.- Experience with SPSS for data extraction and analysis.- Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics.- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).- Experience in multi-market or FMCG/research agency environments.- Experience in agency/third-party management and steering.
