Lead ML / Data Scientist

Job Description

You are a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP. You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. You will play a key role in advance analytics to create and assist in the development of insights products for corporate clients and In-house Product.- Team Management- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies.- Create ML models and advanced algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members.- Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of digital products and increase team productivity.- Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products.- Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time.- Work with product, UX, and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework.- Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products/product/feature enhancements for travel optimization.Qualifications:- 4 years of experience in data science or a related field.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering - Azure, AWS - SQL, MongoDB.- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks.- Experience with NLP techniques and tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
