Job Description

    As a Lead PEGA Support Engineer at Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing PEGA-based applications. Your responsibilities will include leading the support and maintenance of PEGA applications to ensure high availability and performance, managing and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner, monitoring system health performance metrics, collaborating with development and infrastructure teams, and providing mentorship to junior support engineers. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the support and maintenance of PEGA applications, ensuring high availability and performance.- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations related to PEGA applications.- Monitor system health performance metrics and proactively address issues.- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.- Maintain and enhance support documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.- Oversee deployment activities in coordination with DevOps.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior support engineers.- Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident review to drive long-term improvements.- Stay current with PEGA platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Mandate Skills:- Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case management, and rule resolution.- Experience in leading support teams.- Experience in troubleshooting PEGA applications, logs, and performance issues.- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., SERVICENOW, JIRA).- Excellent communication and analytical skills.- PEGA CSA, CSSA certified.- Exposure to PEGA diagnostic cloud and PEGA deployment manager.- Exposure to REST/SOAP integrations and external system troubleshooting.Additional Company Details:Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, is committed to a culture driven by ethical values and diversity in all its forms.
