Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Learning Advisory Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs in the Talent Development process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Services Management and clients to organize scheduling tasks, team resources, and priorities to create viable, cost-effective schedules of training events.Key Responsibilities:- Organize scheduling tasks, team resources, and priorities effectively.- Work with Delivery Services Management and clients to create cost-effective schedules of training events.- Ensure efficient utilization of Instructor resources against chargeability and utilization criteria.- Monitor daily scheduling tasks in multiple Accenture/Client systems.- Provide management reporting information on team performance against quality standards, volume throughput, and completion.- Act as the first point of contact for escalation of client and operational issues.- Manage issues to resolution within the scope.- Support scheduling team daily activities, provide coaching, and ensure all client scheduling roles are covered.- Challenge established practices and processes to raise scheduling/cost issues.- Perform all people processes for the team in line with HR policies.- Assist in developing and documenting cross-region scheduling processes.- Ensure cross-region scheduling processes are followed.- Provide input to Continuous Improvement initiatives.- Communicate LMS and other Scheduling tool issues or potential enhancements.- Demonstrate project management skills, planning, and organizing abilities.- Utilize analytical and organizational skills to prioritize conflicting requirements.- Exhibit strong analytical ability to produce management reports and statistics.- Possess people management skills such as coaching, listening, and giving direction.- Have knowledge of databases and software programs like MS Access/Excel, as well as client systems.- Conduct basic financial analysis comparing costs versus revenue.- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in the English language.- Exhibit multi-cultural awareness and a passion for customer service.- Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Work effectively within a team environment.- Possess good time management skills.Qualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 5 to 8 years of experience(Note: This job may require working in rotational shifts) Role Overview:As a Learning Advisory Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs in the Talent Development process.
