Job Description

    As a Litigation Manager at Sika India, your role will involve managing litigations in various areas such as civil, labour, fiscal, environmental, criminal, and consumer rights. You will be responsible for providing monthly reports on the progress and actions taken regarding disputes and litigation matters. Your tasks will also include conducting legal research on various topics, ensuring statutory compliance of the company, handling corporate housekeeping matters, and implementing corrective measures in case of any violations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage litigations in civil, labour, fiscal, environmental, criminal, and consumer rights areas- Provide monthly reports on disputes and litigation matters- Conduct legal research on various topics- Ensure overall statutory compliance of the company- Handle corporate housekeeping matters- Draft various legal agreements and documentationQualifications:- LLB degree- 4 to 7 years of similar experiencePlease note that Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry.
