Job Description

    As a Manager Project Management (Medical Affairs) at BSVMankind, your role involves planning, executing, and closing Medical Affairs projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with medical and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of medical initiatives such as studies, publications, scientific meetings, and educational programs.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Medical Affairs projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for ongoing and new initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day project operations including resource planning, vendor management, and internal stakeholder alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Facilitate effective communication by providing regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders. Support planning and execution of Medical Affairs activities like clinical/real-world studies, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), publications, advisory boards, and medical education programs. Manage documentation including project charters, budgets, contracts, and close-out reports. Drive process improvements and standardization within Medical Affairs project management.Job Requirements:MBBS or MD (Pharmacology) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management within Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and pharmaceutical industry processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting dashboards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
