Role Overview:As the AI Practice Lead, you will play a crucial Player-Coach role in defining the strategic roadmap for the AI division. Your responsibilities will include managing the P&L; of the AI practice, leading client engagements, and overseeing technical architecture and solution design to deliver cloud-native AI solutions that have a high impact.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership & Client Engagement: - Define AI service offerings, go-to-market strategy, and long-term roadmap. - Manage budget, resource allocation, and profitability of AI projects. - Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, translating complex AI concepts into explicit business value.- Technical Architecture & Solution Design: - Architect scalable AI/ML systems using .NET, Java, or Python frameworks. - Design and deploy models using cloud platforms like Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI. - Ensure seamless integration of AI components into existing enterprise application stacks.- Hands-on Execution & Governance: - Lead the development of PoCs and MVPs for client bids. - Establish MLOps practices, coding standards, and ethical AI guidelines. - Provide technical oversight and career coaching to a team of data scientists and engineers.Qualification Required:- Programming Mastery in Python, with proficiency in enterprise languages like .NET or Java.- Proven expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Large Language Models.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker.- Understanding of microservices, API design, and data engineering pipelines.- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, project margins, and business development.Additional Company Details (if present):The preferred experience for this role includes at least 10 years in Information Technology, with a minimum of 4 years specifically leading AI/ML initiatives. Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services setting and relevant certifications like Azure AI Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty are also desired.
