Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for operational audit and compliance checks to ensure the quality of all factors involved in production. Your role will involve managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions to dissatisfied customers. You will also be tasked with closing faults and complaints within SLAs.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality audits and manage the effective implementation of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks- Audit and validate current control effectiveness, driving improvements where necessary- Ensure compliance with policies such as Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management, and Contractor controlsQualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Auditing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Management- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointIn this role, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, with day-to-day interactions with peers within Accenture. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others. You will work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.
