Job Description

    As the Regional Marketing Assistant Manager for Trimble in India, you will be a key player in executing demand generation and revenue-focused marketing initiatives for Trimbles AECO business. Your role will involve collaborating with the India Sales and SDR teams to implement impactful local programs while aligning with global marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving pipeline contribution, revenue growth, and enhancing brand awareness within the region.Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of multi-channel demand generation programs tailored for the Indian market, in alignment with global marketing plans.- Collaborate closely with local Sales and SDR teams to drive new business opportunities and optimize lead generation programs to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.- Design and manage a localized events strategy, including executive roundtables, tradeshows, and other events to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.- Maintain a well-defined lead to win process by working closely with Sales and SDR teams for effective lead conversion.- Create India-specific content and messaging that resonates with local audiences while ensuring alignment with Trimbles global brand story.- Establish and nurture relationships with key local industry bodies, associations, and technology alliances to expand market reach.- Monitor regional marketing budget and report regularly on marketing effectiveness and ROI to local stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience in India, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.- A degree in Marketing Communications or Engineering, with a background in Civil Engineering being advantageous.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with great attention to detail.- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools (MAT), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.- Knowledge of the Construction industry and experience in demand generation, field marketing, event management, and integrated campaigns.- Analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).If you are excited about this opportunity to contribute to Trimbles growth in India and possess the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to submit your application online by clicking on the Apply Now button.Join a Values-Driven Team: Belong Grow Innovate.At Trimble, our core values of Belong, Grow, and Innovate shape our culture and guide our actions.
