Job Description

    As a Production Application Support Specialist, your role will involve managing the support for production applications. You will be working at level 2, providing expert support and information to end users queries. Your responsibilities will include understanding the business processes, offering consultation services, and providing a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents to assist in root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities:- Drive timely resolution of customer issues within the expected Service Level Agreements (SLA).- Prepare and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) for all identified issues.- Coordinate with the Product and Development teams for next-level support, bug fixes, and deliveries.- Manage the 1st level support team for issue resolution.- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and application deployments.Qualifications Required:- Strong working knowledge of SAP MM/WM module.- Conceptual knowledge of MM in areas such as Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Pricing, and Stock transfers.- Knowledge of interface monitoring including inbound queue, outbound queue RFCs, and IDOCs.- Integration knowledge of MM with other modules like SD, FICO, and WM.- Understanding of STOs, deliveries, and SAP WM processes including Warehouse Structure, Master data, inbound and outbound processes, and HU management.- Experience in production support, client interaction, and issue resolution.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in English.- Willingness to work in shifts.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of project management and transition.Additionally, any ITIL certification would be preferred, and a background in Retail/Warehouse Management domain would be advantageous.
