Job Description

Role Overview:As a SAP TM Consultant at Capgemini, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation requirements, translating them into SAP TM solutions. You will configure and customize SAP TM modules such as planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management. Additionally, you will lead or support SAP TM implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live activities, ensuring ongoing support and enhancements for optimal system performance and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze transportation requirements from business stakeholders- Translate transportation requirements into SAP TM solutions- Configure and customize SAP TM modules including planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management- Lead or support SAP TM implementation projects including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live activities- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to SAP TM systemsQualifications Required:- 4 to 12 years of experience in SAP TM with at least one full-cycle implementation- Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, and charge calculation- Experience integrating SAP TM with ECC/S4HANA and third-party logistics systems- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive problem-solving approachAdditional Information about Capgemini:Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, assisting organizations in accelerating their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
