Senior Executive- Procurement (PTP-PR/PO)

Job Description

You will be working with NEC Software Solutions (India), which is a part of the global NEC Corporation brand with over 30 years of experience in providing end-to-end IT services. The company has a reputation for delivering robust and market-ready software products to diverse industry verticals globally.Role Overview:- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) following defined formats and standard operating procedures- Co-ordinate with internal and external teams for PR and PO amendments, cancellations, and resolving system errors- Maintain PP-PO tracker and update Dashboard for internal management reporting- Ensure timely and accurate closure of assigned tasks with a 100% accuracy rate- Manage business procurement requests, liaising with internal stakeholders and preferred vendors to achieve the best value- Handle day-to-day operations smoothly, respond timely to queries, and prevent escalations- Take initiatives to improve processes and ensure tasks are completed error-free meeting quality norms- Validate PR-PO in SAP, conduct system UAT, assign tasks to the team, and manage queries effectively- Run primary checks on input data, create data trackers, prepare and share standard reports to clients- Conduct training for new joiners, prepare standard DTP and PMAPs, and ensure the team meets agreed SLA/KPI- Timely update monthly service review reports, SLA/KPI reports, Issue and Improvement trackers- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Vendor Evaluation and follow up on material/service deliveryQualification Required:- Technologies: SAP MM (Desirable), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word/PPT- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations or Bachelors Degree in IT/B.E/B.Tech, BCom- Experience: 4 to 5 yearsLocation: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)Working Hours: US Shift (8.5 hours per day)Additional Details:- This role currently involves Work from Home during Night Shift as per project needs- Flexibility to travel based on business requirements- Possibility of shift timing changes post-transition to a Hybrid Work from Office modelFor more information about NEC Software Solutions India, visit www.necsws.com/india.
