As a Senior Software Engineer at our Mumbai office, you will have the opportunity to work on Administrative Systems and modernize aging applications. Your responsibilities will include:- Designing, modifying, developing, and supporting software applications- Participating in the software validation process through the development, review, and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts- Leading and managing projects for one or multiple software applications or developments- Creating software applications following the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, release, and maintenance- Communicating with team members regarding projects, development, tools, and procedures- Utilizing skills in development areas such as object-oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL), Model, View, Controller (MVC), Entity Framework (EF), and web applications (ASP.NET)- Providing end-user support including setup, installation, and maintenance for released applications- Having opportunities to lead software development projectsQualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science- At least 5 years of software development experience using MVC, Angular, Bootstrap, Web API, SPAs, Webservices, C#, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Entity Framework, TFS, GIT, relational database, software development life cycle (SDLC), software release management- Prior experience in modernizing systems is a plus- Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbout the company:Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
