Service Engineer / Service Support

Job Description

As a Service Engineer at Liebherr, your main responsibility is to provide technical service support to Liebherr customers and machines. You will be working with equipment such as Wheeled Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, and more from the EMT division. Your key responsibilities will include:- Diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling Liebherr equipment- Applying electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical theory to test and modify machinery- Operating machines for testing, inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting- Testing mechanical products and equipment after repair to ensure proper performance- Repairing and replacing damaged parts with OEM spares and parts- Reading, understanding, and interpreting operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings- Overhauling and testing machines/components for operating efficiency and safety- Maintaining quality standards through visual and mechanical inspections- Demonstrating working knowledge of machine diagnostic software- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and maintenance questions- Informing and ensuring customers follow correct maintenance practicesYou should have a full-time Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a reputed Institute/University and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Earth moving and Mining equipment, preferably on Dozers, Wheeled Loaders, Excavators, or similar machines.
