Shift Supervisor - Mechanical

Job Description

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Wrtsil Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe work practices for the team and maximizing the availability, reliability, and PLF of gas engines. Your responsibilities will include:- Contract process way of working implementation- Basic knowledge in WECS & UNIC tuning for minimizing engine MTBF- Problem-solving using the RCA method- Mechanical maintenance activities of the power plant- Shift operation of multiple engines in coordination with GAIL and TNEB- Troubleshooting during shift operations for engine reliability & availability- Operations & routine maintenance of GEG Power Plant auxiliary units- Implementing plant operations/maintenance schedules and procedures- Maintaining MIS logs and records for normal plant operations & safety documents- Handling shutdowns, start-ups, and operational disturbances efficiently- Ensuring uninterrupted quality power supply to the customer- Advantageous to have Napier Turbocharger maintenance experienceQualification & Experience Requirements:- Diploma/Graduate Engineers in Mechanical discipline- 5 years of experience in Gas / HFO-based Multi-engine power plantsOther Skills Required:- Knowledge of O & M of Gas multi-engine Power Plants- Knowledge of power plant Mechanical and equipment- Organizational and Planning Skills- Problem Solving Skills- Training Skills- General Computer Skills- People Management SkillsThe job location for this position is at WIN O&M Site Arkay Energy Pvt.
