Job Description

As a Finance Manager at our company, your responsibilities will include:Ensuring timely payments to all vendors and creating awareness about the process within the Campus. Handling the creation and migration of new Companies in SAP, making structure changes, and ensuring proper cost booking. Ensuring timely collections from customers and timely release of PR and SES. Managing fixed asset management and physical verification. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the data center Campus, aligning with organizational goals and providing necessary support to HO FP&A team. Providing inputs for Month closure activities on a timely basis and maintaining good book hygiene. Monitoring and analyzing financial performance and profitability of the data center, offering regular feedback and recommendations to the management team. Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls, risk management policies, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, resolving any financial and accounting matters issues or queries. Providing financial advice and support to the data center management and staff, facilitating decision-making based on financial data and analysis. Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and optimizing the use of financial resources and assets. Leading the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence for timely project delivery.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Sector experience in Data center, infrastructure, or enterprise business. 8 to 11 years of post-qualification experience. Depth knowledge of integrated ERP system (SAP desirable) and internal processes.
