Job Description

As a Sr. Service Engineer at Liebherr, your main responsibility is to provide technical service support to Liebherr customers and machines. You will be working with Liebherr EMT division equipment such as Wheeled Loaders, Excavators, and Dozers. Your role involves diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling equipment, as well as applying electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical theories to test and modify machinery.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul Liebherr EMT division equipment.- Operate machines for testing, inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.- Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification.- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts with OEM spares.- Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on Liebherr machines.- Read and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.- Overhaul and test machines/components for operating efficiency and safety.- Assist customers with troubleshooting and maintenance queries.- Maintain a minimum set of tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).- Mentor others in the department and complete assigned paperwork accurately.- Promote a safe work environment by following safety rules and procedures.- Refuse to carry out unsafe tasks in conflict with Liebherr procedures.- Follow the Liebherr code of conduct and undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management.Qualification and Education Requirements:- Full-time Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Earth moving and Mining equipment.Preferred Skills:- Proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivated behavior.- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage.If you are interested in joining our dynamic and safety-focused team, Liebherr offers compensation at industry standards, corporate health insurance, career progression opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
