    As the Manager/Senior Manager, Subscription Marketing at JioSaavn located in Navi Mumbai, India, you will be at the forefront of Indias leading audio streaming service that provides access to a wide range of favorite songs and Podcasts across different languages and genres. Your responsibilities will include shaping the brand identity of JioSaavn Subscriptions, driving subscriber engagement, and executing impactful campaigns through Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives and performance marketing strategies. Your role will involve:- Defining and managing the brand positioning for JioSaavn Pro and Plus subscriptions- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, subscriber acquisition, and retention- Planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various paid media channels- Designing and implementing CLM strategies to engage subscribers throughout their lifecycle- Collaborating with internal and external creative teams to develop creative assets tailored to music and video streaming audiences- Analyzing subscriber data, campaign performance, and user behavior to refine strategies and deliver measurable resultsTo be successful in this role, you should have:- 5 years of experience in performance marketing and brand marketing, preferably with a focus on subscription products- Strong expertise in building and managing brand identities, storytelling, data analytics, and performance marketing- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CLM and paid marketing strategies- Ability to use data and analytics tools to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts effectively- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentAt JioSaavn, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment that emphasizes creativity, technology, and innovation.
