Job Description

    As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations with strict adherence to SOPs and meeting inventory levels and delivery schedules. Your key responsibilities will include:- Executing store operations to ensure availability of the right material as per hospital requirements, including receipt, inspection, and usage decision.- Ensuring the availability of the right material at the right place through warehousing, binning, and preservation.- Executing Pharmacy operations in compliance with FDA norms, maintaining LASA and HR materials, and stocking as per guidelines.- Ensuring the appropriateness of prescriptions and issuing drugs accordingly.- Maintaining Narcotic drugs as per defined guidelines and ensuring proper daily accounting.- Updating Licenses as per FDA guidelines and maintaining records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories, and control records.- Assessing the identity, strength, and purity of medications and maintaining the Drug Formulary.- Striving for reduction in cycle times, suggesting improvements in store operations, safety, and housekeeping.- Monitoring inventory management and ensuring adherence to safety stock levels.- Providing input to identify unused and obsolete items for stock transfer or liquidation.- Arranging timely collection and disposal of scrap materials as per SOPs.- Optimizing space utilization and ensuring compliance with stacking and storage norms.- Maintaining safety standards, safe working conditions, and good housekeeping in the stores.- Providing inputs for various departmental reports and documentation, and adhering to all departmental policies and guidelines.Your qualifications should include being a Graduate with more than 2 years of experience. Skills required for this role include Hospital Supply Chain, SAP MM, Medical Consumables, Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Planning, ERP Systems, and Supply Chain Automation.
