    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sika, your role will involve:- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing suitable candidates and managing interview scheduling.- Understanding the requirements of stakeholders and coordinating interview processes effectively.- Preparing job offers and engaging in offer discussions with potential hires.- Analyzing recruitment data and presenting dashboards to Business Leaders for informed decision-making.Preferred candidate profile:- 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Manufacturing Industry.- Seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about developing a long-term career in the Talent Acquisition field.
