Job Description

    As a Mid Management position at PMX in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, your role involves handling estimation activities for products and services. You will support the Sales Team and Clients during the Pre-Sales Cycle and assist the operations team in developing the Entire Product BOM for execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new formats, training presentations, and product presentations as needed, requiring thorough knowledge of the Product and Installation Requirements.Your responsibilities will include:- Acting as the one-point contact for all estimates and design-related queries by the sales team and clients.- Ensuring all PQ studies are procured from the PQ team within 24 hours of completion and analyzing, correcting, and sending them to the Estimation team for proposal preparation.- Setting deadlines for proposal submission and following up diligently to ensure timely delivery.- Validating estimates and sending them to clients within the specified timeframe.- Coordinating with clients for estimate approval and forwarding approvals for Purchase Order creation.- Collaborating with the design department to obtain design approvals post-PO creation and facilitating necessary meetings or discussions with clients for manufacturing clearance.- Providing detailed information to the production team post-approval to commence the work.- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, escalating unresolvable problems to reporting seniors.- Organizing and updating databases and information.- Providing coordination and support on software issues, training, and installation.- Ensuring standard document sets are prepared to offer drawings for approval within the accepted timeline for PMX clients.Qualifications required for this role:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed college.- 3 years of experience in estimation and design, including proficiency in Autocad.- Demonstrated can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.- Confidence, attention to detail, and a commitment to follow up until tasks are completed.- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within teams.The company operates in the UPS, Switchgear, Panel Builders, Drive Panel Manufacturers, and Small Scale Consultants industry.
