Job Description

    As an experienced sales professional, your role will involve focusing on increasing the market share of Instrumentation (ING) Process business sales in the South India Territory. You will be based in either Bangalore or Chennai and report to the Platform Sales Manager (PSM) - ING Process India. Handling revenue of $5M Plus, your responsibilities will include:- Increasing Instrumentation (ING) sales in the south region- Providing support to existing key OEMs and distributors- Developing new business opportunities within the territory- Identifying new prospect distributors- Managing leads and opportunities in Salesforce- Identifying new OEMs and distributors to boost sales- Enhancing Parker business share with existing OEMs and Distributors- Conducting product training for new distributors and developing a technically competent sales force- Managing receivables, maintaining DSO and DSI- Coordinating with customers and distributors for annual schedules and rate contracts- Collaborating with CRM- Coordinating with local plant and divisions for quote and supply- Engaging in project planning such as technical discussions and sample submissions- Providing support for Tech Days and delivering presentations to customers on Parker ING capability and awarenessTo qualify for this role, you should have:- B.E in Instrumentation/Mechanical with 7 to 10 years of sales experience in a reputed company- Strong market and product knowledge- Financial acumen- Demonstrated sales skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Sound understanding of competition product landscape- Familiarity with the assigned territoryAbout the company:Parker Hannifin Corporation is the worlds leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems.
