User Interface Designer

Job Description

As a User Interface Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include:- Working closely with UX researchers to incorporate user insights and feedback into the UI design process, making data-driven design decisions.- Collaborating with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn concepts into functional UI designs.- Contributing to and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.- Applying fundamental UI principles such as hierarchy, spacing, color theory, typography, and interaction design.- Leveraging AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Uizard, etc.) to speed up design ideation, prototyping, and asset creation.- Reviewing and improving existing UI components and user flows based on feedback and user data.- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.To qualify for this role, you should have:- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI design for digital products.- Prior experience in fintech or designing for financial platforms is a strong plus.- Preferably a strong formal education in design-related field, with an emphasis on human-centric design, user experience, or interaction design.- A positive attitude towards learning and going the extra mile to create memorable projects.- Being a team player who enjoys having fun while getting things done.Skills required for this position:- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color, typography, and responsive design.- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI design tools.- Hands-on experience or interest in AI design tools and automation for productivity and ideation.- Experience working with and contributing to a design system.- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale.- Portfolio showcasing user interface designs and design system work.In addition to the above, you can look forward to:- Opportunity to work on high-impact projects at scale.- Collaborative and innovative team culture.- Access to advanced tools and technologies.- Professional growth and learning opportunities.
