Job Description

    Hiring for Bid Manager role for Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Noida locations5 to 15 years experience Key Responsibilities: Comprehend business requirements and align them with suitable technological solutions. Analyze requirements and place strategic bids, optimizing the win rate through effective collaboration with sales, commercial, and subject matter experts. Develop high-quality content throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling proposals and presentations by integrating inputs from multiple technology and domain teams. Identify interdependencies, develop a structured bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure seamless execution. Exhibit a proactive approach in identifying key issues and priorities, delivering results with minimal supervision. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities with a high sense of ownership.Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA / PGDM / equivalent degree from Top-B schools preferred Experience: 5 to 15 years Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Sales-driven mindset with outstanding presentation skills. Detail-oriented, target-focused, and committed to ownership throughout the pursuit cycle. Proactive, service-oriented, and a collaborative team player.,
