Support partner in driving new business and renewal business and drive alignment with partner performance objectives and partners expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts. Onboard new partners for the company and ensure their are actively contributing to the business Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. Manages any potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through adherence to channel partner policy Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company && should be able to train the partner teams Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantageSkill Sets:Good Communication (Local Language) && Negotiation Skills Go Getter Attitude Accountable for his business and responsibilities Amazing sense of urgency && attitude of getting things done when no one is watching Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment
