Job Description

HR ExecutiveLocation: Gujarat (Hybrid)Experience: 3 YearsOverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in HR Operations and hands-on recruitment exposure. This role involves managing HRMS, performance processes (PIP/DAP), and providing end-to-end hiring support, ensuring smooth HR execution and a strong employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leadership, managers, and employees to support both people operations and talent acquisition needs across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HRMS systems to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.Oversee performance improvement plans (PIP) and development action plans (DAP) execution processes.Provide end-to-end support for the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Collaborate with leadership and managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Ensure compliance with HR policies and support employee management initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.What Were Looking ForCore SkillsStrong experience in HR Operations and proficiency with HRMS tools.Hands-on exposure to PIP and DAP execution processes.Experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Strong understanding of HR policies and employee management practices.Functional StrengthsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask effectively between operations and hiring responsibilities.High attention to detail and strong process orientation.Capability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Experience & Qualifications3 to 4 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Operations, or Recruitment role.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience working with HRMS tools.Exposure to both HR operations and recruitment functions.Skills: management,pip,dap,hrms tools.,recruitment,hr policies,hr operations .
