Job Description

Key responsibilities:Sales and Consultation: Educating potential customers about solar energy benefits, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate solar solutions based on their energy usage and requirements.Lead Generation: Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Following up on inquiries and qualifying potential customers.Proposal Development: Creating proposals and quotations detailing the cost, savings, and benefits of solar energy systems. Presenting proposals to customers and addressing any questions or concerns.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms and pricing to secure contracts. Closing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately.Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond installation. Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on solar energy industry trends, products, and regulations. Providing expertise and guidance to customers regarding available incentives, financing options, and environmental benefits.Team Collaboration: Collaborating with installation teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing reports, and forecasting sales trends.Continuous Learning: Continuously improving sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities. .
