Job Description

    A CASA Sales Officer typically works in the banking or financial sector and is responsible for generating business by promoting and selling Current Account and Savings Account products to individual customers, small businesses, and corporate clients. The main objective is to acquire new customers and build relationships to increase the banks deposit base.Responsibilities:
    • Actively identify potential customers through various channels like cold-calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the banks growth and revenue objectives.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Set and achieve sales targets for acquiring new CASA customers.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Any bachelor degree.
    • Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales.
    • Age: 21 to 30 years.
    • Good Communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
