Job Description

    • Key responsibilities
    • 1. To meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team delivery.
    • 2. To deliver the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
    • 3. Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
    • 4. Help forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
    • 5. To contribute in setting pricing models and rates, sales policies, and procedures.
    • 6. To analyze market data to identify sales opportunities.
    • 7. Coordinating with Shipping Lines, CHA, Freight Forwarder, Rail Operators, Exporter, Importers and with all facility users.
    • 8. Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
    • 9. Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
    • 10. Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
    • 11. Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
    • 12. To have zero customer complaints.
    • 13. Cost saving initiatives.
    • 14. To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.
    • 15. To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
    • 16. Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
