Job Description

    Type: Full-time | Location: SuratCompensation: In-hand 18k-35kAbout the Role:Were seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store teams. This rolecombines customer service excellence with operational leadership, ensuring smooth dailyfunctioning and strong sales performance.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling.* Train, guide, and motivate Sales Assistants to deliver great service.* Monitor store sales and implement strategies to achieve targets.* Manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.* Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.* Greet customers and assist with product selection, styling tips, and queries.* Promote new arrivals, collections, and ongoing offers.* Support stock replenishment and ensure product displays look fresh and attractive.* Handle billing, returns, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.What Were Looking For:* Prior experience in retail fashion.* Strong leadership and people management skills.* A customer-first mindset with proven sales orientation.* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.* Ability to adapt quickly and handle operational challenges.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy retail setup.* A team player with attention to detail.* Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
