Job Description

    Job Title: Assistant Sales ManagerDepartment: TPD Banca SalesJob Overview:The role focuses on developing and nurturing relationships with bank partners and their employees. You will provide training and support to help them secure health insurance policies for their customers while ensuring high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Retail Sales Execution:Drive ongoing sales through established relationships and contribute to the overall performance of the region. Identify new clients by analyzing information from the bank, make direct sales pitches, and collaborate with channel partners to boost sales.
    • Distributor Profiling and Support:Understand the needs of distributors and provide tailored solutions to maintain consistent business.
    • Distributor Empanelment & Engagement:Conduct regular meetings, empanel new distributors, and activate relationships to promote sales growth. Maintain accurate records on the sales portal for effective information management and analysis.
    • Sales Closure:Ensure continuous follow-up with prospects to successfully close sales opportunities.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum education: Graduate
    • Age: Up to 30 years
    • Local candidate with a strong social network
    • Willingness to work in field sales and travel
    • Must own a two-wheeler
