Job Description

    • Handle a team of 100-120 members including co. Sales executives, Marketing Executives, Team Managers, Member Relations, DSAs, and tele callers.
    • Achieve agreed targets in all channels
      • Company & Franchisee
      • DSA
      • Holiday World
      • Onsite sales at Resorts
    • Recruit & build the team
    • Drive the local marketing activities for high quality Lead Generation (prospecting)
    • Drive BTL promotions for lead generation as well as building brand awareness
    • Put systems in place for sales processes, member interaction, collections
    • Manage the branch expense to be in line with given budget
    • Closing of member issues
    • Make the team perform to the potential
