Job Description

    1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
      1. Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to strengthen brand position in the market.
      2. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
      3. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging trends, and translate these insights into actionable plans.
    2. Campaign Management:
      1. Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
      2. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling brand narratives, ensuring alignment with brand core values and vision.
    3. Product Launch & Market Expansion:
      1. Oversee new product launches and manage the rollout of new collections.
      2. Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new designs align with the brands identity and customer expectations.
      3. Explore and expand into new markets, both geographically and demographically, ensuring the brand resonates with a diverse audience.
    4. Brand Communication:
      1. Lead all brand communication strategies to create a consistent voice and message across all digital platforms and physical spaces.
      2. Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and external partners to elevate the brands presence.
      3. Monitor and manage the brands online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    5. Sales & Performance Tracking:
      1. Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
      2. Work with the sales and digital marketing teams to understand performance metrics and continuously optimize efforts to drive growth.
    6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
      1. Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
      2. Provide input on visual merchandising, packaging, and customer experience to ensure that every interaction with the brand reflects values.
